To find the Specs Manager, head to Settings>Specs Manager. Here, you can see a list of the editable fields.
Click on the arrow next to the field you want to edit or view. This will take you to the next screen.
Categories
When viewing the categories in your store, you can add and adjust the default split for that category. This split is based on the consignor portion, not the store portion. You can also choose a default number of expiration days for the category.
Click the three dot menu to rename or archive the category, and click the boxes next to the title of the category and select "Merge" from the black bar at the bottom of the page to combine two or more existing categories. This is useful if you have duplicates with similar names!
Item Type, Brand, Size, and Color
The same rules apply for Item Types, Brand, Size, and Color! Click on the box from the Spec Manager Settings list, or choose the correct option from the top of the screen above. Merge titles by clicking the boxes next to them and selecting "Merge" from the bar at the bottom of the screen. Rename and archive titles by clicking the three dot menu on the right side of the screen.
Item Type and Brand each have unique features available! Item Types show related categories, as well as the total number of items under that Item Type. The Brand Field shows several columns, including Number of Inventory under the Brand, Sell-Through Rate, and Total Sales for that brand!
