Accounting Reports

Balance Entries and Item Sales

Balance Entries and Item Sales are important for reporting purposes. To find both of these tables, go to Reports>Accounting.

Balance Entries

The first view you see will be the Balance Entries Table. This table holds every balance entry for your store, and it can be filtered in multiple different ways. Filter options include Account, Reason (such as Item Sold), Creation Date, and Details (payment type).

Including the entries, the table shows the account affected, the date of the entry, a description, the reason for the entry, and a Details column for things like Balance Settlements. To adjust the columns, click the "+" button at the end of the row. This table can also be downloaded as a CVS file for easier reporting by clicking "Export" in the top right corner.

Item Sales

To find the Item Sales Table, click "Item Sales" next to Balance Entries.

This table shows sold items with the Sale number in blue underneath the item name. The account that owned the item is shown, as well as the Sale Channel (Shopify, ConsignCloud, etc.). The Split of the item can be seen here, the Creation Date of the sale, and many more details. To change the column view on this table, click the "+" button at the end of the columns. This table can also be exported as a CSV file.
