When completing a payout, there are often balance entries that do not yet need to be payed. For instance, if you settle July balances on August 15th, you don't want to pay for all the entries from Aug. 1-15.

To choose a cut-off date for your payout, choose the correct date in the Cut-off Date field. The payout will only include entries up to that date.
