Install your printer using the provided CD or downloaded drivers on the website.

  1. Once installed, locate the TSC TDP-247 printer from your “Devices and Printers” (or "Printers and Scanners" on a Mac) list.

  2. Select the TSC printer and then select “Printer Preferences”.

  3. From the Page Setup tab, click the “New” button located in the Stock section of this dialog screen.

  4. Add a name for your default tag, change the width to 2.25 in, change the height to 1.25 in if this is the size of your label. (Ensure that the paper size set here is the same as the labels you have purchased.) Exposed liner width should be 0in on both sides. Click “Ok”.

  5. Back in the printing preferences screen select under “Orientation” Portrait 180.

  6. You can now click “Apply” then “Ok” and will be returned Devices and Printers.

  7. Right click the TSC printer again. This time select “Printer Properties”.

  8. Click the “Advanced Tab”.

  9. Now click “Printing Defaults” located on the bottom left of this dialog.

  10. The Printing Defaults screen will look similar to the screen from the previous steps. From the “Stock” section select your new tag from the drop down menu. Then again select “Portrait 180” from Orientation.

  11. Download the ConsignCloud Print Client for your specific computer's processing system (Mac or Windows).

  12. Log in to the Print Client once downloaded.

  13. You should see your TSC TDP printer now active in the Print Client and in ConsignCloud's Printers page and can now print. If you have any problems at this point, please use the chat function and we will help you as soon as possible.
