Keeping your consignors up-to-date on the status of their account is important. In addition to a consignor portal, ConsignCloud offers transactional emails to keep your consignors engaged and up-to-date with everything that is happening in your store. 

Set up

To get started, you will first need to enable the Account Status email template. This can be found under Menu » Settings » Email Templates

Once the template is enabled, refresh the page and proceed to either an Account Detail page or the Accounts table. 

Sending emails

From the account detail page

Looking at the detail page of an account, you will see three vertical dots at the top of the far-left box. In the dropdown menu, you will see Email Account Status. Click on this, and you have just sent an email to that account. 

Note: For the Email Account Status action to appear in the dropdown menu, the account must have an email address and "Email Notifications" set to "Yes".

From the accounts table

Sending account status emails from the Accounts table is even easier.

Looking at the table with all of your accounts, select the accounts you would like to send an email to, then click on Actions » Send Status Email.
