ConsignCloud is designed to be compatible with a wide range of hardware. If you're not sure what to use, we recommend the Star TSP100 USB Receipt Printer

If you have another device you'd like to try, the setup steps are basically the same. 

Setting up your printer with ConsignCloud

  1. Download and install the drivers for your printer. The drivers for our recommended printer, the Star TSP100, may be found here. Scroll down and find the link for the newest Lite version of futurePRNT, or the full version if you wish to download a user manual too. If you have your own hardware, you're on your own for this step! You know that you're finished when you can print to your printer from other programs like a word processor.

  2. Download ConsignCloud's print client for Windows or MacOS. You can also find a link at Menu » Settings » Printing in ConsignCloud if you need it in the future.

  3. Sign into print client using the login and password found in Menu » Settings » Printing.

  4. Once the print client is running, use the dropdown under Receipt Printer to select the correct printer.
