My Support Chat keeps disappearing or is not working!

Nothing happens when I click on the Support Chat

If nothing happens when you click on this icon (screenshot below), this is normally because your local browser is blocking the chat from appearing—most commonly in Chrome:



To fix this in Chrome, click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of Chrome (next to the bookmarks bar) and select Settings:

In Settings, go to Privacy and Security, then update your pop-up and redirect permissions to allow ConsignCloud to open pop-ups and use redirects.



Once ConsignCloud is added as an allowed site, refresh the page (Command + Shift + R) and try opening the chat again.


Signing into Classic when Multiple Users are set up in Next-Gen

Next-Gen and Classic use separate login systems, so passwords don’t automatically carry over between the two versions. Because of this, switching from one version to the other may require setting or resetting a password.

If multiple users were originally created in Classic, moving to Next-Gen is usually straightforward. Issues typically occur when users are created in Next-Gen without passwords. Since Classic requires a secondary password to sign in, there isn’t a password available to use for those accounts.

To resolve this:

  1. Log into Next-Gen using an admin account

  2. Add a password to the admin user profile

  3. Use that password to sign into Classic
