The Multi-User Add-on allows for multiple distinct logins within your store for employees or other store owners to access your store with different capabilities. You can control what these Users can see and do in ConsignCloud by changing their Role.
NOTE: Stores on ConsignCloud's Basic Plan are limited to three Users
Creating a New Profile
To begin using the Multi-User Add-on, first go to Settings, and scroll down to Users under Store Settings. To add a new User, click the "+ New User" button. It will prompt you to add a name, role, and login type.

Multi-User Roles
There are four user types in ConsignCloud. Each User Type changes what a User can see and edit in ConsignCloud.
Admin - Admins have access to all features and settings across all locations.
Employees - Employees have access to all account, item, and sales features in a single location, basic reports, and limited settings (User Settings, Accounts, Items, and Sales).
Clerks - Clerks have access to the Sales tab, Point of Sale, and basic sales reports. Depending on your point of sale settings, they may be able to create accounts and items.
Accountants - Accountants have read-only access to the accounts, items, and sales tables as well as the accountant table within reports.
Logging into another account
Once multiple Users have been added to a store, there are two logins: one to sign into your store, and one to identify which User you are. Begin by logging into your store, then profiles will have the ability to login either without a password, with a password login, or by entering their email.
